Main structure of sterile auto disable syringe for single use: RPF, barrel, plunger, piston and its barrel and piston are in interference fit, so as to make sure of seal.
RPF: RPF as well as feature of mannual operation will start Spontaneously in order to prevent it from hurting people by convering hypodermic needle with barrel.
Barrel of the sterile safety syringe is transparent to observe solution and read its meausure through surveyor's rod graduation on it.And its top is designed as RPF area.
Both barrel and plunger of the auto disable syringe are made from biomedical polymer material whose biocompatibility conforms to standards.

2) Standard: ISO13485 CE CERTIFICATE
3) Sufficiently transparent barrel allows easy measurement of the volume contained in the syringe and detection of air bubble.
4) Graduated scale on the barrel is easy to read. Graduation is printed by indelible ink.
5) Material for barrel and plunger: Medical grade PP(polypropylene).
6) Material for gasket: Natural latex/Synthetic rubber(latex free)
7) The needle cannula is glued with syringe tip, no dead space.
